We want to make things as easy as possible when you are finding and buying books. Here is a step by step guide to buying online

Step 1 - Browse or Search for it

Use the left hand side of the page to browse the books in each category.

Alternatively, use our search engine to list particular books, authors or types of book.

Title
Author
Keywords (for example, Candlewicking Embroidery)

Step 2 - Buy It

Use the book description to help you decide if you are happy with your choice.
Click on the button to store the book in your Shopping Basket.

Step 3 - My Basket

The Shopping Basket can be viewed at any time throughout your visit by using the link on the horizontal menu bar. You can change the quantity of each book in your basket by changing the number in the quantity column and clicking on the button:

Step 4 - Checking out

Once you are happy that the items and quantities in your basket are correct, click the button. Follow the on screen prompts to purchase your book.

We are not currently offering on site payments. Therefore, please make a note of your order number and we will contact you by phone within 7 days to take payment details and advise you of the dispatch date.

Postage Rates

Postage and packing for supply to UK addresses is £2.50 per order.
Orders for delivery outside the UK will be despatched by Air Parcel post and the postage will be charged at cost.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return any books within 28 days of receiving them. Please call or email us first so we can issue a returns reference number. A full refund will only be issued if the product is returned in its original condition. Postage for any returns are at your own cost.
